Currently, University of Hong Kong and City University of Hong Kong were the only two higer education instuition in the SAR offering the PCLL programe. All law gradutes from both local and overseas have to pass the PCLL in order to start the public practices as Trainee Solictor or Pupil Bariester.

In the year 2008, the Hong Kong Law Soceity Permited Chinese University of Hong Kong running the Juris Doctor Degree and PCLL programe.

The Only three REAL Law School is HKU CITYU CUHK.
But there are many ways to ger public practise here.
