对于内地生,学校更看中高考成绩还是SAT的成绩?

These are two totally different ways to get into HKU.
If you use 高考, you get into HKU through mainland admission scheme.
If you use SAT, you get into HKU through non-JUPAS.
They will just consider only one.

当然是高考成绩。 SAT就相当于走国际生的申请道路了。 不过两者都很好的话应该会有加分（此加分非彼加分）的效果吧。
